A cooperative and collaborative education.
Being a teacher implies more than a category or a social position; it is not a throne from which to observe, judge, or give orders. Being true teachers is an exercise for the brave; it is fighting daily, making decisions, worrying, but also taking care, guiding, leading, accompanying, listening… Without a doubt, a key figure to put a stop to school failure and offer an inclusive education focused on attention to diversity.
Every day, more teachers are observed sharing practices, resources, and materials so that other colleagues can adapt them and take advantage of them.
With this collaborative purpose as motivation, SomProjecte was born, an initiative promoted by 5 young, entrepreneurial teachers who “aim to give voice and visibility to all those good innovative practices, projects, and initiatives that are developed in our schools but rarely transcend beyond them.”
From SomProjecte, they pursue a cooperative and collaborative education, where some teachers inspire others, thus achieving a great team of innovative teachers, committed, inspired, and motivated, who join forces to achieve a quality education.
In addition, on their website, there is a compilation of very useful tools and resources to facilitate the daily life of education professionals.
We want to show that Finland is not the only place where things are done well. In Spain, we have spectacular teachers, and we want you to meet them and be inspired by them.
SomProjecte gives voice to teachers by sharing their experiences in the classroom and at the school.
Its main value is to give voice to all teachers, taking into account the projects or initiatives they have launched and that have had an impact on their students, in their center, or in the entire educational community. To this end, they upload an episode of their podcast every Sunday. , Somprojecte, the podcast.
We want to form active inter-teacher networks in which teachers relate, cooperate, and create to learn and train together.
In the episodes, in the form of an informal interview, the guests share the bases of their practices, experiences, resources, difficulties, or opinions on different educational topics. The topics are very varied; they are projects that are carried out in the classroom or in the center, initiatives in the field of music, science, physical education, attention to diversity, inclusive education… it is about visualizing all areas so that teachers can put some of these initiatives into practice in their classrooms.
Many times, you learn more by cooperating, sharing, seeing, and listening to what your colleagues are doing in other schools than by taking courses.
And we have also been able to share with the SomProjecte educational community our contribution in favor of an inclusive education that attends to diversity by participating in podcast number 63 #efectodide.
“We all want to work for attention to diversity and achieve more inclusive schools, but how can we work to meet the needs of students if we do NOT know what the real needs of each of them are?” The only way to offer each child personalized attention begins with the early detection of their difficulties and educational needs, of EACH ONE OF THEM. And this is the basis of the díde methodology,” commented Alberto Ramírez, director of díde, during the interview. (In addition, the díde platform has free access for education professionals until August 31, 2020. Families also have a version, dide familia, which is offered free of charge until May 31, 2020)
With díde, in a short time, both families and professionals can know how their children or students are, what their authentic needs are, and how to support them.

Thanks to the SomProjecte team for this interview and for giving us the opportunity to share the díde methodology with so many teachers and educators who innovate and renew themselves to offer the best of themselves in favor of a quality education. Congratulations on your great work.
Javier Llopis, teacher and member of the SomProjecte team, appreciates our participation in the interview. It has been a pleasure for us.
