Last [event date], we had the honor of participating in the V International Seminar Being Teachers, a space for reflection and shared learning with teachers, managers, and experts from Peru and other countries in the region. In this edition, our founder, Alberto Ramírez Moreno, presented how DIDE.org is revolutionizing diversity care in schools through early detection technology.

What if the challenge was not to teach, but to first know who we are teaching?
This was the reflection that opened the presentation. Because we cannot truly teach if we do not know what each student needs. And, as UNESCO recalled, inclusion is not limited to those with special educational needs, but must reach 100% of the student body.
🧠 DIDE: Educational technology at the service of prevention
DIDE.org is an observational platform that allows teachers and families to know in minutes the complete profile of the student in key areas of development: learning, emotion, and behavior. The best part? Without having to take the child out of the classroom or subject them to tests. All information is obtained from the vision of those who know him best.
Through a questionnaire that can be answered from home and, optionally, from school, profiles are generated with:

- Needs
- Guidelines and improvement resources
- Reports adapted for families, teachers, and guidance teams.
📊 From data to change: Big Data and educational decisions
One of the most valued moments was the presentation of DIDE’s educational Big Data, which showed how schools and governments can make informed decisions based on real data: which indicators are of most concern, which are actually detected, differences by age, gender, or educational stage…
This system vision allows:
- Design more effective intervention strategies.
- Prioritize teacher training.
- Justify investments and resources with evidence.
- Identify trends by center, region, or country.
🎁 News with artificial intelligence!
For the first time, an exciting innovation was presented: personalized stories, songs, and avatars generated with AI that explain the child’s own profile in a positive, creative, and motivating way. A tool for emotional self-knowledge and self-esteem… which is already in the pilot phase!
🌎 Truly inclusive education, worldwide
Currently DIDE.org is developing pilots and collaborations with the ministries of education of Ecuador, Honduras, Argentina and, of course, Peru, thanks to the support of organizations such as Ser Maestros.
The mission is clear: that no child is left behind due to lack of early detection.
